We are very proud to announce that Jake Shorland has passed his Volvo Apprentice customer service practitioner programme with distinction in all 3 areas! Volvo have only seen a handful of candidates achieve this over the years.

The programme comprised of an IMI inspection covering observation, practical discussion and course work after completing 12 months of study at the Volvo training centre and using his skills in the dealership.
