As a Service Controller, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Service Manager in driving our business forward and inspire the team to ensure that every customer’s experience is exceptional.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, naturally confident with proven managerial experience and strong leadership skills.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of people management, be able to work at a fast pace with attention to detail and ensure that Manufacturer guidelines are adhered to.
Applications are encouraged from candidates who currently work as a Service Team Manager, Service Reception Manager or in a Senior Service Advisor position.
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience of or are currently working in a large franchised Service department.
