To help create a closer personal relationship with our customers, Volvo Personal Service Technicians are responsible for each stage of the customer workshop experience: from arranging service bookings and taking delivery of the customer’s car, to performing the service or repair, before finally preparing and clearly explaining the customer’s invoice.
