• 2 years' unlimited mileage Warranty
  All Approved Used cars come with at least a 2 years' Volkswagen Warranty¹.

  All our Approved Used cars come with a minimum 2 years' Volkswagen Roadside Assistance¹.This includes breakdown and recovery services all year-round, at home or on the roadside, in the UK and Europe, with no limit on call outs.
  
  
• 2 years’ MOT Cover
  All Approved Used cars come with up to 2 years' MOT Cover where applicable¹.
  
  
• Flexible Finance options
  You can finance your used car just as you can with a new car. Our flexible Solutions Personal Contract Plan² is available on our Approved Used cars too.

  Our skilled, Volkswagen trained technicians carry out a thorough workshop and test drive inspection of every used car before it can become an Approved Used car.Any faults identified are fixed using Volkswagen Genuine Parts™. Only then can a used car become part of the Approved Used car programme.
  
  
• Service history checks
  This certificate details your car’s entire Approved Used retailer network history, for example routine servicing work. It also verifies the cars identity and status of the warranty.
  
  
• Independent vehicle history and mileage tests
  You can be sure of your car's history. We check the vehicle identity and match it with the DVLA registration. We also verify that there are no outstanding finance arrangements on the car, and that the mileage is correct.
  
  
• No quibble exchange
  30 day/1,000 mile 'no quibble' exchange policy.
  If for any reason, you want to change the car - maybe you have second thoughts, or it doesn't fit in your garage you may be able to exchange it for another of the same price (or higher, with you paying the difference), as long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when it was collected and the retailer you bought your car from has an available vehicle in their stock.
  
  
• 5 days' complimentary Volkswagen Drive Away Insurance
  We want you to start enjoying your new car from day one, which is why every used Volkswagen, purchased from a Volkswagen Retailer, comes with five days’ complimentary insurance. This comprehensive cover guarantees that your vehicle will be repaired in a Volkswagen Approved Repairer using Volkswagen Genuine Parts³. Subject to eligibility. Five day drive away insurance cannot be used in conjunction with any other insurance offer.
  We will also provide you with a quote, giving you the option to purchase annual cover that comes with a 3 Year Fixed Price commitment , so you can relax knowing that if nothing changes over the next three years, the cost of your car insurance won't increase.
