Our expert technicians make 112 mechanical, electrical and visual checks to ensure the health of every vehicle. Any faults are fixed using genuine Volkswagen approved parts. Before you ever see your vehicle, it will have had a full road test and valet so you know it’s all set to work for you.

  Keeping you on the road, around the clock Every used van comes with a comprehensive 24/7 breakdown and recovery service, as part of the Approved Used Warranty. If you need us, we’ll come out to help anywhere in the UK, and in most of Europe. The service also covers assistance at home, at work, vehicle recovery and, if necessary, onward travel.(1)

• Independent vehicle history and mileage checks(5)
  Don’t worry about any hidden surprises. We've already run all your paperwork checks, including registration, VIN, service history and mileage. We also review the vehicle's history, through HPI or Experian, for any outstanding finance, reports of plate transfer or record of theft. We'll also provide you with a certificate to confirm all the checks to provide you with complete peace of mind.

• No quibble exchange policy(6)
  If you realise that your Approved Used vehicle doesn’t quite work for your business, or you’re dissatisfied in any way, you can exchange it for another of the same or higher value (you’ll have to cover the difference). The vehicle must be in the same condition as originally collected and the Van Centre you bought the vehicle from must have stock available for the exchange. If the vehicle is under 3 years old, you’ll need to return it within 30 days or before you have driven 1,000 miles in the vehicle. If it’s over three years old, you’ve got seven days to return it and the 1,000 mile limit still applies. Other terms, conditions and restrictions apply.

They’ll let you take it for a test drive to make sure you’re happy before you commit, and they’ll help you decide which of our flexible finance options, including leasing and hire purchase suits your budget and business needs. And to make it even more affordable, we'll take your current vehicle in part exchange, regardless of age or mileage.

  We know the impact vehicle downtime can have on your business, so in the event that you do breakdown, and depending on the circumstances, onward travel may be available through Volkswagen Roadside Assistance or courtesy van hire through your Warranty.(5) It's just another way that we are working with you to keep you moving.

Important information :

1. 12 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance applies to vehicles up to 3 years old. Vehicles aged 3-6 years will receive a minimum of 6 months’ Warranty and Roadside Assistance. Vehicles over 6 years old are not eligible.

Roadside Assistance can offer you onward travel. Depending on your situation, this can be comprised of a replacement vehicle or overnight accommodation or alternative travel or load continuation. If your vehicle is at a Volkswagen Van Centre for over 24 hours as part of a valid Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Approved Used Warranty claim, courtesy van hire is available (up to £100 per day for a maximum of three days). Applicable only to vehicles over two years old at the time of purchase.

2. Dependent on source, some Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles may have had multiple users as part of a fleet and/or previous business use. In order to meet the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Approved Used requirements, all vehicles are inspected and certified by our trained Commercial Vehicle Technicians to the same exacting standard regardless of source. For further details, please consult your local Volkswagen Van Centre.

3. Figure is based on £500 a day downtime costs, 70% of 4 million van drivers and an average of 15 days off work due to back pain.

4. Vehicles under 3 months old go through a visual health check.

5. Vehicle data, mileage and history checks are not applied to vehicles registered in the Isle of Man.

6. As long as the vehicle is returned in the same condition as when collected, the vehicle has not covered more than 1,000 miles from purchase, and the customer pays any additional balance. Vehicles under three years old must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Vehicles over three years old must be returned within seven days of purchase. This does not affect consumers’ statutory rights.
