Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles launches enhanced online service plans

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has launched a suite of enhanced online service plans in response to demands from businesses to offer more online facilities, and packages which save them money and improve convenience.

The website – which has been named What Van? Website of the Year three years in a row – has been upgraded with a new fixed-price service plan offering now available for vans up to seven years old with unlimited mileage.

The brand is encouraging drivers to shop online to get the best price for their servicing and avoid the expense of a van being off the road. Downtime costs fleets an average of £550 a day per van.

The service plans, now available at the click of a button with the option to spread the cost over monthly payments, have been added alongside an extended Live Chat function as part of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles’ continued comprehensive online offering to support customers throughout their buying and ownership journey.
