APPOINTMENTS PREFERRED

Since re-opening in June, visits to any Helston Garages Group dealership has been by appointment only. However with further safety measures having since been put in place (such as face coverings) we have taken the decision to move to an ‘appointment preferred’ policy.

This means that we will endeavour to see everyone that visits our dealerships regardless of whether they have an appointment or not. However, whilst we will try to accommodate everyone who does not have an appointment, we may regrettably have to re-schedule your visit if we are unable to maintain social distancing or are too busy to allow for proper sanitisation measures prior to your entry into the dealership. .

There are benefits to both our customers and employees to have an appointment booked and this is what we encourage our customers to do.

  • Appointments limit the number of people in our dealerships, aiding social distancing.
  • An appointment with a dedicated member of staff will limit your interaction between different members of staff.
  • Appointments allow our team the time to prepare and sanitise their work stations thoroughly.
  • Providing pre-appointment information, such as which vehicle you are interested in, limits the time you will need to spend in the dealership.
  • Appointments enable us to prepare and sanitise specific demonstrator vehicles for you to test drive.
