The benefits of Jaguar Assistance are available for 3 years, throughout the Manufacturer’s Warranty period.
Your Jaguar is a feat of engineering, design and development. If any part needs repairing or replacing due to a manufacturing defect during the first 3 years, it’ll be carried out free of charge by any Approved Retailer or Service Centre. All repairs will be performed by Approved Technicians and only Jaguar Genuine Parts will be fitted. Again, this combination of expertise and protection assures you that your vehicle is always in the most capable hands.
Jaguars network of retailers provide a range of courtesy services to minimise disruption to your working day. Retailers can arrange to collect and deliver from your home or office, or alternatively provide a courtesy car*.

If your Jaguar has a part with a manufacturing issue, it’ll be repaired or replaced free and without question at your nearest Approved Service Centre.
Your tyres aren’t covered, as they come under the manufacturer’s guarantee, but we can still help you make a claim if you need to.
