Paul Dungey (Left) is receiving an Award from our Regional Aftersales Manager at JLR, Paul Clark (Right). Paul has won an ‘Ultimate Achiever Award’ for Q2 2017 for displaying commitment to Customer Service beyond the normal call of duty.
Nominations are submitted to Jaguar by the retailer network for their consideration. Paul’s nomination was based on looking after a Parts Customer. The customer’s order had been delayed and did not arrive one Friday to go out on the delivery van. Consequently, Paul came in on his Saturday off to check the delivery, the part had arrived. Paul then called the customer and offered to drive out to the customer and deliver the part. The customer was absolutely delighted with the personal service Paul provided.
