Our Showroom Reception Host role is at the heart of our customer's experience and we are currently looking for two part-time staff to take on this exciting opportunity covering our week day opening hours from 8.00am to 6.00pm.
As the main point of contact for all visitors, this role demands a polished and confident individual who is genuinely interested in people and delivering high levels of customer service. You will be managing a busy reception area answering telephone calls within three rings and meeting a diverse range of people each and every day. You will be able to multi task effectively and will be comfortable in a customer facing role as well as having an organized approach to administrative activities.
Whilst our customers are our priority you will also be responsible for the wider hospitality and showroom areas. Working with the Sales and Service departments along with your showroom colleagues you will maintain an inviting environment for our customers to relax and explore our products and services.
