We are looking to recruit an additional member to the Aftersales team due to the continual growth of our Service Department at Matford Land Rover Exeter.
The successful candidate will need excellent inter-personal skills as well as a good telephone manner. Organisational & computer skills are key to ensure the efficient booking in of vehicles into the service department. Applicants will need to possess an eye for detail, and have the ability to work well on their own or part of a team.
If you have the desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service, this position would suit you. Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
Hours of work 08.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday.
