We have an exciting opportunity within our Aftersales Department for a Service Advisor.
Ideally we want to speak to applicants who already have experience in the service reception role. However, we would on this occasion also consider applications from people who do not have experience, but who do believe that they possess the people, IT and communications skills & commitment to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Full training will be provided and will include participation in the BMW/MINI Certification process, whereby within 12 months of joining us you will aim to have completed the training modules and assessments that qualify the successful applicants as an accredited BMW/MINI Service Advisor.
