VACANCY – Sales Manager
We have a rare opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Carrs Volkswagen Van Centre in Exeter.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for leading an experienced sales team to achieve their individual and collective departmental targets, reporting to the Head of Business. This role encompasses all aspects of sales management including, but not restricted to, new and used vehicle sales volume targets together with finance and insurance sales to achieve our budgeted financial requirements. These fundamental business requirements need to be achieved whilst being committed to our core ethos of delivering an outstanding customer experience at all times.
You will be fully responsible for the achievement of sales department budgets, costs controls and stock management. You will also work closely with brand representatives to ensure manufacturer targets are met. As such, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
