Yeovil Land Rover is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join the team!

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ensuring administration of paperwork relating sale of New and Used Land Rover and other brand trade vehicles is carried out to retailer guidelines
  • Operating branch AFRL system
  • Registering used vehicle Warranties
  • Ordering New vehicles in line with sales and stock orders
  • Attending morning sales meeting
  • Participating in retailer and manufacturers training programs
  • Other office duties such as cash control etc
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Able to work closely with sales manager, sales team and other admin staff
  • Willingness to ensure the Customer is our highest priority
  • Good numeracy
  • Ability to work under some pressure at times
  • Good communication skills
  • Good keyboard/IT skills, basic knowledge of Word and Excel.
