Carrs Skoda Bridgwater is seeking an Parts Advisor/Warranty Administrator to join our existing team.
The successful candidate will be a strong all-rounder and understand all aspects of a parts department, from goods-in processes, parts identification, order processes, perpetual stock checking, stock rotation, parts returns and liaising with Service over parts related matters. The Bridgwater aftersales team also require this person to have an aptitude to apply themselves to Warranty administration and assist the Aftersales Manager with managing the warranty process, full training will be provided for the right candidate by both Helston Garages and the brand training centre You will be customer focused and able to prioritise your workload to ensure you meet customer and internal expectations.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Ideally you will have experience using electronic parts catalogues and ideally a DMS such as Kerridge.
We are also looking at expanding to selling parts via the internet (via a company ebay account) and an interest in this would be useful.
