There is an opportunity within the Westerly Group for the BMW/ MINI brand based in Exeter to respond to internet enquiries.
The new Esales Centre is looking for 2 x part time roles. The eSales centre covers 7 days a week. The shifts will include evenings, weekends and some bank holidays. The evening shifts will be done at home, work laptop and phone will be provided. Full training and support will also be provided plus long term career opportunities.
The role will be based at our Exeter Mini dealership in Marsh Barton.
The role is Exeter based but the internet enquiries also cover our Westerly dealerships in Barnstaple, Bridgewater, Dorchester and Yeovil.
The role offers an attractive basic and bonus opportunities relating to response time, appointments and sales. We would expect a minimum contract of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities and Duties
You will be arranging appointments for the Sales Team by responding to customer enquiries from various internet sites in ideally 7-10 minutes. You will be dealing with a variety of enquiry sources, manning live chat plus an element of follow up correspondence
Qualifications and Skills
Ideally candidates will have customer service; IT and telephone experience and be able to handle a high volume of internet enquiries. An organised approach and able to prioritise workload is essential as is flexibility to working hours.

The eSales centre covers 7 days a week from 8.00am to 10.00pm Monday to Friday, Saturday 9.00am until 9.00pm, Sunday 11.00am to 9.00pm.
