To be a brilliant Customer Help Advisor, you’ll need to have:
Hours of work are from 9.00am to 7.00pm on a shift rota basis Monday to Friday. The hours of work are 35 hours per week—daily shift of 7 hours plus breaks.
You will be expected to contact our BMW and MINI customers after routine visits, take incoming service telephone calls, inform our customers of quality enhancements affecting their cars and explain the benefits of service packages and other benefits of being a Westerly customer.
