Do you own a BMW 1 Series, or 3 Series registered between March 2007 - December 2011?

If yes, your BMW may be subject to a recall. Please read the information below...

A recall is a safety critical action implemented by a vehicle manufacturer and is normally due to a design or construction tolerance, which may affect the safe operation of the product. BMW operates in accordance with the code of practice on safety defects, as agreed between the Department for Transport and the representative Trade Associations, and in compliance with the UK General Product Safety Regulations 2005.

Your own BMW may be subject to such a safety recall and to confirm if your vehicle is currently affected then please visit the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) website, using the link www.check-mot.service.gov.uk where you can enter your registration number and then click on “outstanding vehicle recalls” from the results page. You will be able to see if your own BMW is affected.

If it is, please call the Westerly BMW Bookings Centre on 01234 567891 as soon as you can; all safety recall work will of course be completed free of charge.

Alternatively, if you are already aware that your vehicle requires a recall you can book with your local Westerly retailer online via one of the addresses listed below and click 'Book a Service'.
