Due to expansion, Matford Jaguarcurrently has a vacancy for a full-time Service Support Administrator to join its existing team. This new additional role forms a key part of our future structure as we plan for our move next summer into a purpose built, state of the art, Jaguar Land Rover facility which is currently under construction on the Marsh Barton Estate.
Jaguar is a rapidly evolving brand consistently launching exciting new models, increasing sales volumes and as a result generating more new customers than we have ever seen before. As such, in order to help us to continue to deliver the highest levels of customer service, we have decided to introduce the new role of Service Support Administrator to assist our busy aftersales team. Working closely with our Assistant Service Manager and Workshop Controller, this role will become crucially important role to our business and provide vital support to our service advisor team, allowing them to focus on our customers. As such they must have a pro-active approach to their work and be able to work using their own initiative as well as part of a close team, effective communication and interpersonal skills are therefore essential.
The ideal candidate would preferably have experience in this role (or very similar) and have a thorough understanding of the operation of an after sales department. Experience with Kerridge would be extremely advantageous. We will however also consider candidates who can demonstrate a strong administrative background, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:30am until 5:30pm with a competitive salary package dependent upon experience.
