We have an exciting opportunity within our Service Department to recruit someone to train as a BMW Service Receptionist.
This opportunities is due to our continued expansion of Westerly Yeovil’s after sales business.
Ideally we want to speak to applicants who already have experience in the service reception role, and might also have Kerridge data base experience. However, we would also consider applications from people who do not have experience, but who do believe that they possess the people, IT and communications skills & commitment to provide the highest levels of customer service.
Full training will be provided and will include participation in the BMW certification process, whereby within 12 months of joining us you will have completed the training modules and assessments that qualify the successful applicants as professional BMW Service Advisors.
