We are looking to recruit an additional Service Advisor, due to the growth of our Service Department at Matford Land Rover Exeter.
The successful Candidate will need excellent inter-personal skills as well as time management and organisational skills to ensure the efficient booking and servicing of customer vehicles. Applicants will need to possess an eye for detail, and have the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent organisational skills are needed, and a desire to go the extra mile to provide an excellent level of customer service. Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
Hours of work 8.00-18.00 Monday to Friday, Saturday 8.00-13.00 on a rota basis, currently 1 in three.
