Are you efficient and experienced in customer service? If the answer is yes, we need you to join our busy Service department, representing an iconic brand under the umbrella of a rapidly expanding and hugely successful main dealer group.
As a member of the service team you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and care at all times for vehicle servicing and repair, you will be the principle point of contact for all customer communication within our centre.
Ideally we are looking for someone organised with excellent communication skill that is passionate about providing a fantastic experience to each and every customer. Automotive experience would be an advantage but not essential.
