Due to the continuing growth of BMW customers in the Yeovil area the Service Department now needs to expand the Service Reception team. We are interested in speaking to people who can demonstrate excellent inter-personal skills, be very customer focused, presentable and able to work in a busy environment as part of a very successful, and customer focused team. The Service Department is open Monday to Saturday and operates on a shift system. All applicants must possess a full, clean driving licence and must have held this licence for a minimum of two years. Previous experience of working as a Service Receptionist is preferable, but not essential as full training (both in house and via the BMW Academy) will be arranged and be ongoing for the successful candidate, so as to ensure that they are able to deliver the highest levels of customer service and technical knowledge skills. A very competitive salary and bonus scheme will be paid to the successful candidate. A company pension scheme is available and will be provided following the completion of a successful probationary period.
