Westerly BMW Exeter requires an experienced Sales Executive to join our sales team. Experience within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential as product and compliance training will be provided. The successful candidate will have been able to prove their success in previous sales roles and be able to deliver a first class service every time. The successful candidate should be highly motivated, target driven to achieve the dealerships new and pre-owned BMW sales expectations in addition to delivering excellent levels of customer service along with all F&I KPIs. You will be expected to handle retail showroom enquiries and to also generate leads through the data base and service department. There is an excellent training programme to help develop the successful candidates strengths
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.00 – 19.00pm, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays on a rota basis with time in lieu—average working week 44.5 hours..
