Due to an internal promotion we have a full-time vacancy in our Parts Department for a BMW/MINI parts specialist.
The role will ideally suit someone with previous or current parts experience, although consideration would also be given to applicants who might like to pursue a parts apprenticeship/trainee career path.
The role involves dealing with private customers, commercial customers and the BMW/MINI workshop staff, assisting them with the identification of parts that they need and then ordering/sourcing them for immediate or future supply. Duties will also include bringing in to stock delivered items as well as helping to maintain accurate stock records.
The parts department opens 6 days a week and operates a shift/rota system that involves 07.00, 08.30 and 10.00 starts with 16.00, 17.30, 18.00 and 19.00 finishes (Mon – Fri). Saturdays are worked on a 1 one in four rota with opening hours of 08.00 – 17.00.
