If the right part is not in stock when needed, the customer’s service experience suffers. The BMW Parts Advisors maintains the parts inventory at a BMW retailer – but, that’s just the beginning. He or she is also expected to help sell service-related parts in cooperation with the service department, maintain accurate sales and stock records of all items, handle orders and requests for information and follow up on special-ordered items.
We are looking to recruit an applicant to join our successful and busy parts department, also displaying an ability to support the other departments and on a day to day basis the other parts advisor in the running of the department. The ideal candidate will be of smart appearance, computer literate, have an outgoing personality with a pleasant telephone manner and be able to work on their own initiative as a key member of a hard working team. A basic technical knowledge with good IT skills and ADP experience an advantage. A clean driving license is essential and previous parts experience preferable.

Hours of work are between 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday morning.
