We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Mini Brand Manager at our standalone MINI dealership in Barnstaple. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an high performing individual to make a big impact on the business.
You’ll be involved in every aspect of running your MINI Centre – from new and used car sales, associated products and after-sales care. You'll put the needs of the customer at the heart of everything you do, delivering a great experience that builds loyalty and maximises profit. A real people person, you’ll motivate, energise and drive the performance levels of your team. You’ll manage stocks and assets and finance performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and also work to encourage strong manufacturer relationships and help increase sales through promotional activities.
Previous Car retail experience is desirable however if you have a proven Sales background and are looking for the next step in your career, we’d also be keen to hear from you. Whatever your current role you’ll have an impressive record of maximising sales while delivering full customer satisfaction and always with a ‘hands on’ approach, engaging with the team to deliver great results.
