Westerly BMW Group is in the process of setting up an out of hours Contact Centre during the Spring / Summer of 2016. A Supervisor is required to oversee the Contact Centre.
The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring a minimum staff cover of 2 staff each day to ensure that 100% of follow up calls are fulfilled within 48 hours and that all web chats and Eretail requests are responded to immediately..
The Supervisor would need to assist in the set up of the Contact Centre to cover all the items below and recruiting and managing staff including staff rotas and staff cover.
It is envisaged the hours of work would be from 4.00pm to 10.00pm Monday to Friday but initially hours could be different in the set up of the Contact Centre.
The Contact Centre could be based at Exeter, Yeovil, Bridgwater, Barnstaple or Dorchester at any of the Westerly BMW dealershiops.
Contact Centre supervisory experience or retail motor trade after sales experience is preferred.
