The Westerly BMW Group is setting up a Contact Centre based at Westerly Bridgwater. The Contact Centre will get in touch our customers after service and showroom visits.
A good telephone manner and the ability to respond to queries in a positive manner is essential. Some previous experience in customer service work is preferable.
Contact centre staff will be required to work hours Monday to Friday covering from 10.00am to 7.00pm which will be later expanded to cover until 9.00pm/10.00pm. Hours would be flexible with minimum shifts of 4 hours. Minimum contract 16 hours per week. We can offer later shifts from 3.00pm/ 4.00pm -7.00pm with a view to extending these hours later.
