Westerly BMW Group is in the process of setting up an out of hours Contact Centre during the Spring / Summer of 2016. Contact Centre Operators are required to make customer phone calls.

The Operators would need to support the Supervisor in some of the following

  • Hours of work cover required Monday to Friday 4.00pm to 10.00pm on shift / rota basis.
  • Follow up telephone calls after service visits 4.00pm to 9.00pm
  • To follow up and make appointments for future work required for customers vehicles 4.00pm to 9.00pm
  • To make MOT appointments and follow up the customer letters 4.00pm to 9.00pm
  • To monitor and respond to live chat web requests from 6.00pm to 10.00pm
  • To respond to Eretail requests for BMW sales online from 6.00pm to 10.00pm

The Contact Centre could be based at Exeter, Yeovil, Bridgwater, Barnstaple or Dorchester at any of the Westerly BMW dealershiops.
