Westerly BMW requires an additional Contact Centre Customer Adviser working in its small contact centre team based at Bridgwater.

To be a brilliant Customer Help Advisor, you’ll need to have:

  • Excellent listening skills and natural empathy

  • The drive to stay up-to-date with our products and services

  • Effective time management
  • An openness to feedback and confidence working with others.

Hours of work are from 9.00am to 7.00pm on a shift rota basis Monday to Friday. The hours of work are 35 hours per week—daily shift of 7 hours plus breaks.

You will be expected to contact our BMW and MINI customers after routine visits, take incoming service telephone calls, inform our customers of quality enhancements affecting their cars and explain the benefits of service packages and other benefits of being a Westerly customer
