Our Business is growing and we now have a need for an additional Service Advisor to join our team at Westerly Barnstaple.
You will need to be a friendly & confident person with the ability to influence and advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service.
You would be a valued member of the Aftersales team, responsible for booking work and liaising with our workshop controller, to enable regular customer contact to update and book future work
The successful candidate would need to be experienced in either the motor trade or come from a strong customer service role; you will need to be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills resulting in total customer satisfaction.
The hours worked are based on a rota system comprising of working Monday to Friday 8.00am-6.00pm Saturday 8.00 – 5.00pm You will cover 6 days a week on a rota basis with one full weekend off per month.
