We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Aftersales Manager to join our team at Matford Jaguar.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring customer’s cars are serviced and repaired to the highest possible standards. This role requires a great deal of product knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills and most importantly of all the ability to lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
You will be required to maximise profit per customer visit by professionally and honestly promoting products and explaining the value of additional work to customers. Therefore, you will need to be an excellent communicator and be able to generate the required sales and profits while maintaining the bond of trust with customers.
