Helston Garages Group’s 37 franchises employ in the region of 850 people throughout south west England. A major part of our success has been the emphasis that we place on creating and maintaining a skilled, knowledgeable and contented workforce.

The effectiveness of this approach is demonstrated by the large proportion of our workers who stay at Helston for many years. Over a fifth of our staff have been with the company for a decade or more, with around 50 of our staff still working at Helston Group after 20 years.
